Okay, welcome everybody.
So, today we're just going to do some standing leg work.
It's important as you get, as you start to lose the weight, you want to work on building
the muscle.
Okay, and it's usually kind of hard to do because we're not used to moving.
So, easy things we can do is hold that abdominal tight.
Remember, we're doing that all day long.
We're working the core just by doing nothing, just by squeezing.
Okay, so we're just going to lift the legs up here.
Now, if you can't lift your legs up as high as me, just go down here.
Alright, when you first start moving your legs, after you've not been moving them, it
feels really funny in the joints.
They feel kind of tingly.
But as you just keep doing it, that's what gets the mobility back.
That's what gets the flexibility back.
Alright, now while you're doing this, I want you to squeeze the muscles in your legs and
your glutes.
As well, you've already got the core done, so just squeeze.
And you'll be just getting in the habit of doing that.
Even while you're sitting, squeezing the muscles, you're working your legs.
Alright, so put the hands out front and just work on trying to bring the knee up to the
hand.
You don't have to do many.
I'm already feeling it.
